that offer prenatal yoga.
When I was pregnant, yoga was an activity I absolutely loved doing. It was gentle on my body, let me strengthen and tone without being too intense and helped relieve a lot of the physical pain I had associated with the pregnancy. During my labors and deliveries, I found yoga had helped teach me how to breath through intense physical moments (contractions), focus on the moment and prepared my body for the marathon that is birth. Yoga helped my body and mind be in a place where I felt confident about my ability to birth each of my babies.
I searched and searched for yoga locations that offered prenatal yoga. Here is what I found.
